Steps

Support

Both palms, knees, and toes; chest and chin.

Enter

  1. Start in Plank with palms grounded and toes tucked under.
  2. Exhale and lower both knees without moving your hands.
  3. Bend your elbows backward and lower your chest.
  4. Rest your chin down, keeping your hips and abdomen lifted.

Hold

  1. Keep your hips and abdomen lifted off the floor.
  2. Keep your elbows close to your torso, pointing backward.
  3. Ground your entire palms.
  4. Keep your toes tucked under and grounded.

Exit

  1. Inhale and slide your chest forward, lowering your pelvis.
  2. Extend your legs, lower your insteps, and lift your chest into Cobra.
Breathing
Exhale as you lower; inhale into Cobra.
Gaze
Forward.
