Steps

Support

Palms, knees, shins, and tops of feet; hands and knees bear weight.

Enter

  1. Start on all fours: hands under shoulders, knees under hips.
  2. Spread your fingers; ground your palms and tops of feet.
  3. Exhale, draw your abdomen inward, and round your back upward.
  4. Let your head lower without forcing your chin toward your chest.

Hold

  1. Keep your hips over your knees and your arms straight.
  2. Press through your palms to spread your shoulder blades.
  3. Keep your abdomen drawn inward and your tailbone pointing downward.
  4. Relax your neck and distribute the curve along your spine.

Exit

  1. Inhale and return your spine to neutral Tabletop.
