Steps

Support

Both palms and fingers; bottom thigh rests on the opposite arm.

Enter

  1. Squat with knees together; twist your torso to the right.
  2. Place both palms shoulder-width apart, to your right.
  3. Rest your outer right thigh near your left armpit.
  4. Bend elbows, shift your chest forward, and lift both feet together.
  5. Extend both legs sideways, together and parallel to the floor.

Hold

  1. Press your palms down and broaden your upper back.
  2. Keep elbows bent, forearms vertical, and shoulders at equal height.
  3. Join thighs and ankles; press through the balls of your feet.
  4. Maintain contact between your thigh and left upper arm.

Exit

  1. Bend your knees and lower your feet with control.
  2. Return to a squat and release the twist.
  3. Repeat on the other side.
Breathing
Breathe continuously and steadily.
Gaze
Look forward.

10–20 seconds per side.
