Steps

Support

Both palms and fingers; feet lifted.

Enter

  1. Squat with your knees and feet together.
  2. Twist right; bring your left upper arm across your right thigh.
  3. Place both hands shoulder-width apart to your right.
  4. Bend your elbows; rest your right thigh on your left arm.
  5. Lean your chest forward; lift your feet, keeping them together.

Hold

  1. Press through your palms and spread your fingers.
  2. Keep your elbows over your wrists without flaring them sideways.
  3. Keep knees and feet together; maintain thigh-to-arm contact.
  4. Broaden your upper back by spreading your shoulder blades.

Exit

  1. Shift your weight back and slowly lower your feet.
  2. Release the twist and return to your squat.
  3. Repeat to the left, switching sides.
Breathing
Breathe continuously and evenly.
Gaze
Look ahead.

3–5 breaths per side.
