Support

Thoracic back and knees; back of the head in contact.

Enter

  1. From Plow Pose, separate your feet about twenty inches.
  2. Bend your knees and draw your thighs toward your chest.
  3. Rest your knees beside your ears and shoulders.
  4. Wrap your arms around the backs of your legs.

Hold

  1. Keep the embrace and relax any remaining effort.
  2. Distribute the rounding throughout your spine.
  3. Keep your head centered.

Exit

  1. Release your arms and return to Plow Pose.
  2. Slowly lower your back and legs.
  3. Rest on your back in Śavāsana.
Breathing
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Gaze
Eyes closed.
