Steps

Support

Sitting bones and crossed legs on the floor; hands on ankles.

Enter

  1. Sit cross-legged with your trunk upright.
  2. Hold both ankles with your hands.
  3. Inhale: tilt your pelvis forward and lift your chest.
  4. Exhale: tilt your pelvis backward and round your back.

Hold

  1. Keep your head level throughout both phases.
  2. Keep your shoulders relaxed and your grip steady.
  3. Move your pelvis and spine; maintain your seated base.
  4. Coordinate each movement with your breathing.

Exit

  1. Return to center with your trunk upright.
  2. Release your ankles; rest seated 1–2 minutes.
