Steps

Support

One sole; a grip on the raised foot.

Enter

  1. From Mountain, shift your weight onto your left foot.
  2. Bend your right knee and hold your foot.
  3. Raise and straighten your leg alongside your torso.

Hold

  1. Keep your torso upright and your head aligned.
  2. Extend both knees without pushing your standing knee backward.
  3. Ground your entire sole.

Exit

  1. Release your grip, bend your knee, and lower your leg.
  2. Return to Mountain and repeat with your other leg.
Breathing
Inhalation, exhalation, and breath retention.
Gaze
Gaze between your eyebrows.
