Exportar mis datos
Tienes derecho a una copia de tus datos (art. 15 del RGPD). Te la damos de forma clara y completa.
Qué incluye
- Tu perfil y ajustes.
- Tu historial de práctica y tu calendario.
- Tus círculos y tu actividad en ellos.
- Tus conversaciones con soporte.
Cómo pedirla
- Entra en Cuenta → Privacidad → Exportar mis datos.
- Confirma y te preparamos el archivo.
También puedes pedírnosla por correo: te la enviamos en el plazo de un mes que marca la ley.
Exportar tus datos no borra nada. Si lo que quieres es eliminarlo todo, mira Borrar mi cuenta.

Export my data
You have the right to a copy of your data (GDPR Art. 15). We give it to you clearly and in full.
What's included
- Your profile and settings.
- Your practice history and calendar.
- Your circles and your activity in them.
- Your conversations with support.
How to request it
- Go to Account → Privacy → Export my data.
- Confirm and we prepare the file.
You can also ask us by email: we send it within the one-month period the law sets.
Exporting your data deletes nothing. If you want to remove everything, see Delete my account.
