Somos un equipo pequeño y cercano. Te respondemos en tu idioma. Hay dos formas de escribirnos.
1. Por correo
Escríbenos a support@vinyala.com. Para ayudarte más rápido, cuéntanos:
- Qué ha pasado y qué esperabas que pasara.
- En qué dispositivo y navegador (o versión de la app).
- El correo con el que entras en Vinyala.
2. Desde la app
En Cuenta → Ayuda tienes un formulario. Al enviarlo, adjunta automáticamente tu versión de la app y tu idioma para que podamos ayudarte antes; no incluye ningún dato de salud, solo ese contexto técnico.
Antes de escribir, echa un vistazo al centro de ayuda: puede que tu respuesta ya esté ahí y la tengas al momento.

We're a small, close team. We answer in your language. There are two ways to reach us.
1. By email
Write to support@vinyala.com. To help you faster, tell us:
- What happened and what you expected to happen.
- Which device and browser (or app version).
- The email you sign in to Vinyala with.
2. From the app
Under Account → Help there's a form. When you send it, it automatically attaches your app version and language so we can help sooner; it includes no health data, just that technical context.
