Cancelar o cambiar mi suscripción
Puedes cancelar o cambiar tu plan cuando quieras, tú solo, sin tener que escribirnos.
Cómo cancelar
- Entra en Cuenta → Suscripción.
- Pulsa «Gestionar suscripción»: se abre el portal de pago.
- Elige cancelar. Verás confirmada la fecha hasta la que mantienes el acceso.
Cancelar detiene la próxima renovación, pero conservas el acceso hasta el final del periodo que ya pagaste. No pierdes tu historial, tu calendario ni tus círculos: cancelar no borra nada.
Cambiar de plan
Desde el mismo portal puedes subir o bajar de plan. El ajuste de precio se prorratea automáticamente.
Estoy en la prueba gratuita
Si cancelas durante los 30 días de prueba, no se te cobra nada.
Quiero un reembolso
Cuéntanos tu caso y lo miramos; consulta también las condiciones en los Términos de servicio.
¿Solo quieres dejar de pagar pero conservar tu cuenta? Cancela y listo. Borrar la cuenta es distinto → Borrar mi cuenta.
Cancel or change my subscription
You can cancel or change your plan anytime, by yourself, without writing to us.
How to cancel
- Go to Account → Subscription.
- Tap “Manage subscription” to open the billing portal.
- Choose to cancel. You'll see the date your access runs until.
Cancelling stops the next renewal, but you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. You don't lose your history, calendar or circles: cancelling deletes nothing.
Change plan
From the same portal you can move up or down a plan. The price difference is prorated automatically.
I'm in the free trial
If you cancel during the 30-day trial, you're charged nothing.
I'd like a refund
Tell us your case and we'll look into it; see also the conditions in the Terms of service.
Just want to stop paying but keep your account? Cancel and you're done. Deleting your account is different → Delete my account.
