El cuerpo 3D no carga
El cuerpo 3D usa WebGL, la tecnología de gráficos del navegador. Si aparece en negro, en blanco o congelado, casi siempre se arregla con estos pasos.
Prueba esto, en orden
- Actualiza el navegador a su última versión. Funcionan Chrome, Safari, Firefox y Edge.
- Activa la aceleración por hardware (suele estar en Ajustes → Sistema del navegador) y reinícialo.
- Cierra otras pestañas pesadas: el 3D necesita algo de memoria.
- Si usas una extensión que bloquea contenido, permite
vinyala.com.
El mapa muscular es opcional. Si tu dispositivo va justo, puedes desactivarlo con el botón «músculos» y el cuerpo seguirá funcionando más ligero.
Si aun así no aparece
- En equipos muy antiguos o con WebGL desactivado por política de tu empresa, puede que no arranque. Prueba en otro dispositivo o navegador.
- En el móvil, cerrar y volver a abrir la app suele bastar.
Si nada funciona, escríbenos indicando tu dispositivo y navegador para que podamos reproducirlo.
The 3D body won't load
The 3D body uses WebGL, the browser's graphics technology. If it shows up black, blank or frozen, these steps almost always fix it.
Try this, in order
- Update your browser to its latest version. Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge all work.
- Turn on hardware acceleration (usually under Settings → System in the browser) and restart it.
- Close other heavy tabs: the 3D needs some memory.
- If you use a content-blocking extension, allow
vinyala.com.
The muscle map is optional. If your device struggles, turn it off with the “muscles” button and the body keeps running, lighter.
If it still won't show
- On very old machines, or where WebGL is disabled by your organisation's policy, it may not start. Try another device or browser.
- On mobile, closing and reopening the app usually does it.
If nothing helps, write to us with your device and browser so we can reproduce it.
