Recuperar mi cuenta
Tu cuenta de Vinyala vive en tu correo, no en el teléfono. Por eso recuperarla es sencillo, incluso si cambias de dispositivo.
Cambié de teléfono
No pierdes nada. Instala Vinyala en el nuevo teléfono (o abre la web), escribe el mismo correo de siempre y entra con el código que te llega. Tu práctica, tu calendario y tus círculos siguen ahí.
No recuerdo con qué correo me registré
- Piensa en qué dirección recibías los correos de Vinyala (busca «Vinyala» en tu bandeja).
- Prueba tus correos habituales, de uno en uno.
- Si te suscribiste, revisa el correo donde recibiste el recibo del pago.
Vinyala no usa contraseñas: siempre entras con un código de un solo uso. Si no te llega, mira No me llega el código.
Perdí el acceso a mi correo
Si ya no puedes abrir el correo con el que te registraste, escríbenos: te ayudaremos a verificar que la cuenta es tuya y a recuperarla.
Recover my account
Your Vinyala account lives in your email, not on your phone. That makes it easy to recover, even when you switch devices.
I changed phones
You lose nothing. Install Vinyala on the new phone (or open the web), enter your usual email, and sign in with the code you receive. Your practice, calendar and circles are all still there.
I don't remember which email I used
- Think about which address received Vinyala's emails (search “Vinyala” in your inbox).
- Try your usual addresses, one at a time.
- If you subscribed, check the inbox where you got the payment receipt.
Vinyala uses no passwords: you always sign in with a one-time code. If it doesn't arrive, see My sign-in code isn't arriving.
If you can no longer open the email you registered with, write to us: we'll help verify the account is yours and get you back in.
