Vinyala provides access to a library of 3D yoga poses, a sequence creator, fact sheets,

for informational and general wellness purposes, not for therapeutic or medical purposes (see
Vinyala offers a permanent free plan that doesn’t require a credit card and never expires. It includes the
complete library of 3D poses with anatomical information, the ability to practice, track your practice, and
view your muscle activity from the last 7 days. Teaching classes is also free:
create classes, invite students, post updates, take attendance, manage your schedule and studios—with no limit on
the number of students.
What’s currently included in the free plan won’t be removed—it may be expanded, but never reduced.
| Plan | Monthly | Annual |
|---|---|---|
| Practice | €6.90 | €59 |
| Professional | €9.90 | €79 |
All prices are shown inclusive of VAT, in euros. The applicable rate depends on
your country of residence within the European Union; the amount you pay is the amount shown.
For schools and centers, there is a plan based on the number of registered students, billed
monthly. The terms of this plan are agreed upon in writing before any charges are made.
Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each period (month or year) using the
payment method you have provided, until you cancel them. Before signing up, you will be informed
of the price, the period, and the date of the first renewal.
You can cancel at any time from your account, without giving a reason and without
any penalty. Cancellation stops the next renewal: you retain access until the
end of the period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again.
Canceling does not delete anything. Your journal, your history, your classes, and your students are still there; you’ll just
be taken back to the free plan page. If you resubscribe later, your history
will be complete and uninterrupted.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have 14 calendar days from the
date of purchase to withdraw, without needing to provide a reason and without penalty. To exercise this right,
simply notify us by any unambiguous means at the contact address listed in
section 1, or by using the legally required withdrawal form. We will refund
the amount using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 calendar days.
If you request that the service begin within that 14-day period, you must
expressly confirm this and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed,
you will lose your right of withdrawal. If the service has been partially performed, you will pay the
proportional amount corresponding to the portion already provided.
This right does not apply to contracts entered into by companies, professionals, or institutions
acting within the scope of their business activities, for which terms are agreed upon separately.
We may modify the prices of the plans. If the change affects a subscription you already
have active, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance, and it will only apply
starting with your next renewal. If you do not agree, you can cancel before that date,
and you will not be charged the new price. No price changes apply retroactively.
If a payment cannot be processed, we will notify you, and you will have a grace period to
update your payment method. After that period, your plan reverts to the free version. **What expires is
access to paid features—never your work**: your data, your classes, and your history are
preserved in full.

We strive to keep the service available, but there may be interruptions,
